A: Our standard aerosol cans are tested to 12–18 bar burst pressure, meeting or exceeding UN/DOT 6P requirements for hazardous materials. For specialized applications, we can manufacture cans rated up to 20 bar upon request.

Q4: Are your cans compatible with standard valves?
A: Yes. Our cans are designed to work with industry-standard valve systems, including:

  • Various 1″ male and female valve cups

We can also accommodate custom valve specifications for unique dispensing requirements.

Ordering & MOQ

Q5: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our standard MOQ is 20,000 pcs per design. For first-time customers or pilot projects, we offer trial orders of 5,000–10,000 units at slightly higher unit pricing. Please contact us to discuss your specific volume needs.

Q6: Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
A: Absolutely. We provide free sample kits (5–10 cans) for qualified customers. Simply share your:

  • Desired can size

  • Valve type preference

  • Application/product type

Samples typically ship within 5–7 working days. For formulations requiring compatibility testing, we can also conduct lab tests before shipping samples.

Q7: Do you offer custom sizes or printing?
A: Yes to both!

  • Custom sizes: We can manufacture cans with heights ranging from 100mm to 250mm in 1mm increments. Diameters can be customized between 45–70mm.

  • Custom printing: We offer high-quality offset printing in up to 6 colors, including metallic and matte finishes. Send us your artwork, and we’ll provide a proof before production.

A: Pricing depends on several factors:

Q9: What payment methods do you accept?

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) – 30% deposit, 70% before shipment

  • L/C at sight (for qualified customers)

  • For established partners, we can discuss other arrangements

For customers in China, we also accept payment in CNY to avoid exchange rate fluctuations.
